Where is my boarding pass?

The airline issues it when you check in. Open the trip in Tickets and tap Check in with the airline's name. It opens the airline's app if you have it, or their website.

How do I cancel a flight?

Open the trip in Tickets and tap Cancel booking. You see the refund the airline offers before anything is cancelled. Some fares refund nothing.

How do I cancel Premium?

Apple bills Premium. Go to Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › PackFly on your iPhone.

I paid for Premium but still see the service fee.

Make sure you're signed in to the same PackFly account, then tap Restore on the Premium screen.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account › Delete account. Your tickets stay valid with the airline.
