Privacy Policy

PackFly is a flight booking app and website run by Pevide Studio. This page covers the PackFly iOS app and packfly.app. Questions go to pevidios@proton.me.

What we collect

• Your account: name and email. With Sign in with Apple, we get the email Apple gives us, which may be a private relay address.
• Traveler details: the names, date of birth, gender, phone, email and passport details you enter for each passenger. Airlines require them to issue a ticket.
• Bookings: the flights you buy, booking references, ticket numbers and what you paid.
• Searches and price alerts: the routes and dates you search or watch, so we can show your history and tell you when a price drops.
• Push token: if you allow notifications, the token Apple gives your device, so we can send flight changes and price alerts.
• Premium: Apple's transaction ID, the plan you bought and when it expires.

What we don't collect

• Card numbers. Apple Pay hands a one-time token to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your card.
• Passport photos. The app reads the code at the bottom of the passport page on your device. The image is never uploaded.
• Location, contacts, or anything for advertising. We don't use ad networks or tracking SDKs, and we don't sell data.

Who we share it with

• Duffel and the airline receive traveler details to book and ticket your flight.
• Stripe processes your payment.
• Supabase hosts our database and servers.
• Apple handles Sign in with Apple, push notifications and Premium subscriptions.
• Unsplash serves the destination photos in Discover, so it sees your IP address when the app loads them.
• Vercel hosts packfly.app.

Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We share only what the task needs.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Duffel, Stripe and the airlines keep their own booking and payment records for as long as the law requires them to.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Account › Delete account. That removes your account, saved bookings, searches, price alerts and push tokens from our database right away. Your tickets stay valid with the airline, so keep your booking references. Premium is billed by Apple: cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

You can also email pevidios@proton.me to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.

Children

PackFly accounts are for adults. Children can travel on a booking an adult makes for them.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
